Lovely, accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even ironed my t-shirt! The location and garden were beautiful, adding to the overall atmosphere. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we felt well taken care of.

Broken toilet ring. Water in shower lukewarm to cold @ 22.30 (fine next morning). Lack of privacy due to connected rooms - could hear guest in next room run his bath, snore, fart, watch TV, and was woken before 6.00 by said guest, when I wanted to sleep till 8.00.

The hotel was located in a beautiful green area, perfect for relaxing outside. The breakfast was delicious and served on time. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient.

We had a lovely romantic escape with my partner. the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates were a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to the city center and with easy access to major attractions. the room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. the garden was well maintained and offered a nice spot to relax.

One minor issue we encountered was the lack of shelter for our car. We had to park in the open and there was no cover for protection from the weather.

Staying in this guesthouse is a great choice for a backpacker. the location is perfect, surrounded by many restaurants for dining, and shopping centers are also nearby. the rooms are very comfortable, with cozy amenities and excellent aircon heaters. You'll love the quality of the mattress and sheeting too. the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly. the guesthouse is tidy, and parking is secure.

We stayed at this hotel for a cycling race and the owner was amazing. She allowed us to check in late and have a late breakfast at no extra cost. During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming service provided by the staff. The small size of the pool, which was occupied by one couple for extended periods of time. Another disadvantage was the lack of privacy in the toilet, due to the absence of a proper door.
